Let's Finish 2025 Strong (Together)

Hey Reader

At this point of the year, time seems to speed up 😝

While it feels like I was just finishing my mid-year journal setup, Halloween is right around the corner. I'm getting antsy about planning for Christmas and New Year, but also super tempted to look ahead to 2026.

The mindset I often fall into around this time is that any of those goals I wanted to work on this year, but haven't quite gotten around to, would make for great new year goals 👀 Why not just let the -ber months slide and pick things up in the new year...

But we still have time!

Sure, 2026 isn't all that far away, but we can still make real progress on our goals before the year is out.

I do love the "fresh start" of a new year, but imagine how much better it could feel.

Essentially, the question we want to ask ourselves is:

What progress do I want to be celebrating on December 31st?

I want us to ring in the new year, looking back at the past three months and feeling so proud of the steps we’ve already taken.

Whether it’s something you’ve been putting off all year (or for years) you can still make meaningful progress now, and we're going to do it together 😈

The idea - The "Change Your Life" challenge

From the start of October to the end of December, we're running Round 2 of the Change Your Life challenge (also known as the 3 Months to Change Your Life challenge).

If you'd rather watch, then read, we have an introductory video for the challenge linked below 👌

In our first round of the challenge, people celebrated wins like:

  • Improving nutrition and exercise routines
  • Increasing their savings and doing no-spend months
  • Decluttering and finishing home projects
  • Even working on sobriety

Not only this, but people also worked on the small stuff (that has big pay-offs in the long run).

Whatever you want to work on, we'd love to have you with us. Things are always better with friends!

How to get involved

Our challenge just requires you to follow three steps:

  1. Pick the goal or project that would have the most positive impact on your life right now. Some participants picked one big thing, others went for a “shoot for the moon, land amongst the stars” approach with several goals. Either way works 👌
  2. Plan how you'll tackle your goals and projects. Think about the habits, routines, or one-off tasks that will move you closer to the outcome you want, and spread them across the next three months.
  3. Track your progress. This could be journaling, photos, measurements, or simply sharing updates in our community space.

The free community group we have for the challenge is a place where you can share your goals, plans, and progress. Most importantly though, we are way more likely to reach our goals with accountability. The other challenge members over there are your accountability buddies, and we're excited to do this with you 💪

I’ll also be sharing my own journey through weekly vlogs on the YouTube channel, so make sure you’re subscribed if you’d like some extra motivation along the way.

The challenge officially kicks off on October 1st (or September 29th if you like a Monday start like me).

Let’s end 2025 feeling proud of ourselves and ready for 2026. Will you be joining us?

Let's take action

If you want to get involved, I've got a lil checklist for you 😈

  1. Pick your goals/projects
  2. Plan how you'll approach them over Oct - Dec
  3. Organise how you'll track your progress

That's it!

To boost your progress potential though, jump over into the challenge community space too.

I'm super excited to get started, and I know together we can make a lot of progress before the year is up 😊

Let's do this 🥳

Until next time!

- Jess

Hey Reader What's a goal you've had for a while and just haven't gotten around to starting? This could be something you've genuinely made no start on, or something that's had a few false starts. While getting started on a goal is a problem unto itself, I've actually found that my motivation to work on a goal is most at risk as I'm just getting started. Any time I start working on a goal that I've been dreaming about for a while, the most likely thing I'll say to myself is: "I should have...

Hey Reader Now as some of the newness of the New Year has worn off, you may have found that those best intentions for 2026-you are looking a little neglected. Our planners certainly can fall victim to this too 😅 While consistency in planning is an all-year problem, around this time of year it's often particularly prevalent. By this point, the motivation boost we had at the start of January has dwindled. The planners we eagerly set up, declaring that "this is the one that will change...

Hey Reader How's your "new year, new me" energy going? ...😅 yeahhhh Maybe you started strong and then fizzled out. Maybe you missed a day, which turned into 2... and then 5... Or maybe there are some goals that you have full intentions of coming back to, but the progress has just stalled out. If you've already fallen off with your 2026 or Quarter 1 goals, you're certainly not alone in this. Over 60% of people who set new year goals for themselves have quit by this point, and typically less...
